What is IPRC?

IPRC (International Peace Research Center) was established in 2023 as an output of the “Erasmus+ KA220 Digital Diplomacy and Encircling Peace Studies Platform” project supported by the Turkish National Agency and implemented by Divan Research and Education Association. It aims to conduct studies on conflict mapping, encompassing peace studies, humanitarian diplomacy and digital diplomacy and to report and analyze these studies. It translates research data published by national and international organizations into colored maps.

IPRC works as a team with a project coordinator and multiple editors. The young team, which tends to specialize in different regions of the world, follows current data and this data is reported. Working on regional specialization, young editors prepare analysis articles in their own areas of expertise. IPRC Digital Diplomacy, deradicalization policies, humanitarian diplomacy podcasts and publishing will also take place on the site in the future.

This project is supported by the Turkish National Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye.
